As a part of the ASMITHMUSIC Preservation Project, which is focused on preserving lost or declining musical genres, music composers, and educational systems we will be hosting our very first Sacred Music Festival in Washington, D.C. This three-day event will feature a full concert by The Sam Bonds Chorale, the first Edward Jackson Vocal Competition, and a community hymn sing. Mark your calendars for this amazing weekend of uplifting spirituals, choral anthems, oratorio, cantatas, and hymns.
